The Hikoikoi Waka Ama Club are hosting an event this weekend from their Club which is based on the Petone Foreshore.
With either a fair chance of a steady Southerly or Northerly with waves and plenty of open water the 14 km course will be more suitable for Waka Ama, Surf skis and Sea Kayaks and not suitable for multisport kayaks.
The 7 km course is likely to head along the Foreshore and up the Hutt River and back, it is suitable for novice crews and this will also be the SUP course..........it will also be suitable for multisport kayaks. if anyone is keen.
Chris Fox is the Event Organiser so contact her through the flyer below.
