It's a beautiful day !

The U2 track from a decade or so ago...........and it was just that out on the Harbour in Wellington today. Spoilt for choices on where to go for a paddle, today settled on Shelly Bay.

The Think Evo 2 had a real flat water run, the harbour was very glassy so headed up to Point Halswell and turned 180 degrees and headed south past Mahanga, Scorching, Karaka Bays and Worser down to the Seatoun Wharf and back again. School holidays so more boats on the water than usual many just fishing. A break in the flat water was much appreciated with the Bluebridge Interisland Ferry providing some wake to surf and propel the ski a little faster in both directions.

Warm Autumn weather, sun and the serenity of being on the water...............surf skis they are just the ticket especially ones from the Think Kayaks stable of surf skis.
More of the same tomorrow hell yeah...... but this time with a 30kmh Northerly to look forward to.

No photos today camera must be in the car?
