Still tracking on a North Westerly of 40 km - gusting to 50 kmh for this weekend...but don't be put off by this forecast any strong gusty winds will just mean a change of course and the possibility of a multi lap course in the relative shelter of the Onepoto Whitireia Park hill side.
We'll have more accuracy by Friday..... and we'll give a final course update at 10 am on Saturday morning.
"Paddling Connections" continues on tomorrow after work...it'll be our first one post daylight savings.
New start time of 5 pm so just come and join in the circuits when you turn up or choose your own course. Start at Hataitai Beach.
It'll get dark quite quickly so bring a headlamp.....or a red bike tail light to attach to the shoulder of your PFD.
