Brian Scott from the Wanganui Kayak Club sent me through some info from their event.
Saturday August 9
1 pm Registration
1.45pm 2.5km and 5km courses for tyros and U16
2.30 pm 10km open, U18, masters, waka ama, surf ski and multisport.
Wanganui will have a good feild of Paddlers with their full K1 and multisport squads in attendance and also the same goes for the Waitara Cub.
A few super keen Welly Paddlers are also keen to head up after we advertised (and therefore encouraged) a few people to turn up to the Mana event two weeks ago......people are very keen to travel again.
