Sharlene was out stand up paddle boarding out at Dolly Vardon Park on the Pauatahanui Estuary (Porirua, North Wellington) this morning. One of the Mana SUP Clubs flatwater events this summer.
This afternoon she was doing the Lions share of the work lugging the skis around for some demos in Evans Bay (South Wellington) While my arms in a sling (surgery) it is good to have an extra set of hands over the next month or so.
While the weather is warming up in Wellington it's now time to have an actual summer SURF SKI demo session.....so we'll set up another one for Sunday December 7.....from 8 am through to 12 noon
We will run it again from Hataitai Beach.....mainly because it has the best mix of sheltered flat water... and waves in Wellington.
Because we love our stand up paddle boarding so much we'll also have our Think SUP down there as well......though we'll to wait another 2 weeks before our 4 x THINK Kayak SUP's arrive in the next container with the surf skis.
Don't forget the "Paddling Connections" sessions every Thursday from 5.30 pm right through to December 18.....then one special pre Christmas extra on Tuesday December 23.........a short recess then we resume again on Thursday January 8
