Welly surf ski TWO

Update for Saturdays surf ski event.

In typical Welly Paddlers form we like to spread our events evenly across our favourite Wellington paddling spots and this weekend we are looking at placing number TWO in Wellington from either Hataitai Beach or Scorching Bay.
It all comes down to the wind forecast so we get the best mix of waves

or wind swell and getting the best paddling angles. One course option I'm looking at is Hataitai Beach to Mahanga Bay and back the other  a course from Scorching Bay to Worser Bay and back twice.

As per usual the weather is looking rather fluid and a light southerly the other day is now looking like a Northerly that is picking up a little and then Sunday the wind will be blowing

it's tits off again.

By Friday morning we'll have a better picture and a course and venue set by then.
