I went for a spin around the Eastbourne Coastline today on the Think Evo II in similar conditions as has been forecast for Sunday.
Though the waves all pretty much roughly at right angles into most of the bays from the shoreline.............a few hundred metres further out the swells run nicely off the right shoulder along the coastline. You can run easily between the swells and also turn into the shore to run swells into any of the bays or link runs of swells just off your right shoulder quite easily.
I had a 25 kmh reasonably sheltered North Westerly and Sunday it may well be very similar.
Still watching the forecasts and will make a decision on the course by 10 am tomorrow............it's either going to be Point Howard or Hataitai Beach as our start point at this stage.
