Part of the Welly crew

Mum in law Bev is up in Welly at the mo, so we're out doing the old retail therapy thing..........well it wasn't all retail therapy here we are larking around behind the Quality Hotel on Wellington's famous Cuba Street. The photo is at the rear of the hotel resting up on the heated couch.

Bev was part of our crew when we hosted the Manawatu River race in August, which was based at the Foxton Township.

We had some awesomely fine calm weather that day for the race and Bev cooked up about 7 or 8 selections of good old "Ol Skool" baking.............a great feed and a good little race. We'll be back there again in 2013 with some more baking...........fantastic.

It's blowing it's tits off today which is great for paddling the surf ski (wahoo our World Famous wind is back!)...........but it's not all about me, I'm spending some Q time with the Mrs...........and of course with Bev.

P.S I didn't buy anything........... I'm still saving up from my Think Evo II Ultimate :-)
