Jörn and Tania are hosting the penultimate race of the Series (Race 6) this Sunday from Ngatitoa Domain.
There's going to be a bit of a "blow on" so the course is likely to be in the more sheltered Pauatahanui Estuary and the Start /Finish may be shifted to the Picnic Area by the Mana Bridge?
It's also low tide at 10.15 am so there'll be plenty of sand around.............like a good day at the beach!
This will be the last Winter Series race in the Porirua Suburbs, so we are hoping those who had lots of the support at the fundraising events prior to the Waka Ama World champs will come along and support this race to help grow the honey pot to increase the spot prize pool for everyone at the last race which will be held in Petone. The Worlds crews can also spin a few yarns from their trip and their racing also.
So start is at 10 am.
