Greta Twilight race 2

Course this week
Hataitai Beach head south/around the boat Te Kotuku nearest to the Coastguard building, along the breakwater around the pole, head to Cobham Drive turn around the buoy east of the spinning coloured blocks (Meridian Wind Sculpture) along Cobham Drive towards the Airport, clockwise around the buoy by the Troy Street (first roundabout) back the same way to Hataitai Beach clockwise around the buoy there (2 laps total)................. lastly you finish between the beach and the buoy
Southerly Course.

First of all sorry for the phopar in regard to briefing you to go.......... anti-clockwise................I really meant clockwise................sorry for the slip of the tongue.
In regard to the start time............. it's obvious that we need to shift the start time back to 6 .30pm...........as much as we'd like to give you more time to go off and do other things after your paddle..................quite frankly (from the feedback) the traffic getting to the start is a nightmare especially on brillaintly fine days, like tonight.

So we'll be on the water for a start at 6.30pm sharp..............all good, sorry for those who are able to get away from work early................on the flipside a good warm up paddle is good for everybody.
