Daniel Kereopa is coming to Wellington (or Mana to be more precise) this weekend courtesy of Ocean Outfitters. Daniel is a surfing legend in this country he also does SUP (on the Hyundai Tour) and has also been known to pick up a Waka Ama paddle as well.
DK as he is also well known by has two sessions............a flatwater and a surf SUP session.

This weekend a few peps are heading up the line to the 3D Rotorua event.
What's this all about?............well it started as a multisport event and has now bloomed to include a kids 2 km fun run, mountain bike event, Paddle event, duathlon................actually about 10 to 20 events all up I think.
Anyhow John Toomath, Katie Townsend, Brodie Mc Gregor and Stu Hiddleston are paddling in the SUP event, and Raewyn Anderson and Lei Faletolu are paddling in the waka ama event...........Go you Welly Paddlers !!!!

What am I up to?.............well you know....... the usual yesterday on the surf ski, today out on the SUP nice clear blue sky days with a little cool wintry breezes to keep me honest...........blogging and planning trips to other events.
